Hapsal Dietrich was born out of love for food. Our biggest passion is cooking and enjoying great food. We value small caf\u00e9s and respect the history of Haapsalu, old architecture and old Estonian style furniture.


We are unique, because we do not have a head chef, instead our whole team works as united to bring you the best flavours and combinations possible. We try to purchase all our ingredients as local as possible – fish is always a fresh catch by our local fishermen, meat products come from a local farm and seasonally we purchase all vegetables from our neighbours garden, even all of our cakes are made fresh every morning by our own bakers.
